We created the Alpha Partner program with the idea that all healthcare innovation stakeholders face a daunting challenge. Together, we can create more effective events, education and startups. The program is designed to require minimal overhead while empowering each of us to help the collective.

WHO

WHAT

Cross-promotion of partner events via newsletters, blogs, social media and web-sites.

Educational content exchange – Partners and AngelMD will make each other’s educational materials available and provide proper attribution.

AngelMD will market upcoming partner cohorts to help fill and optimize quality.

AngelMD will provide educational content, including webinars, to help train partner cohorts.

Partners will be invited to speak at Academy events to expand their brand and thought leadership. All Academy events will include partner logos and recognition.

AngelMD will provide syndicate tools to enable partners to drive investment from their community into desired startups with no administrative work, no compliance risk and shared economics where able. (carried interest).

15% revenue share on startup from partners whose startups engage Alpha Creative agency.

Partners will be invited for special training and activities at various AngelMD Academy events and the invite-only Alpha Conference in January (Napa, CA) just prior to the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference. Startups from partner programs will get preferred access to invites.

STEPS

Step 1

Provide AngelMD a hi-res logo for inclusion on its web site, content library and other relevant channels

Step 2

AngelMD will provide a hi-res logo

Step 3

AngelMD will provide a simple channel partner program agreement

Step 4

We’ll craft a press release to feature the partnership amongst the leading incubators and accelerators

Step 5

Submit educational content to the AngelMD Partner Content Folder (DropBox)

Step 6

AngelMD will provide access to its educational content folder (DropBox) and partner may publish as they wish with proper attribution

Step 7

Partner will update AngelMD when it has pending cohorts, events etc that need promotion

Step 8

Either partner or their portfolio companies are welcome to submit press releases or any form of update they wish for promotion across the AngelMD channels
